Strawberry Pimm's Cup with Citrus, Cucumber, & Mint

A refreshing summer cocktail that's packed with fresh fruit, this Strawberry Pimm's Cup puts an extra fruity spin on the classic British beverage.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Pimm's #1
  • 6 mint sprigs (plus more for garnish)
  • 48 ounces ginger ale
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Before mixing the cocktails, set aside some of the produce to use for garnish.
  • Add the Pimm's and mint leaves to the pitcher and gently muddle the mint.
  • Add the ginger ale, fruit and cucumber slices, and ice and stir to combine.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with extra fruit and mint leaves before serving.
