These Thanksgiving stuffing waffles are the BEST way to enjoy Thanksgiving leftovers!
Every year I’m so stuffed after Thanksgiving dinner that I’m sure I’ll never eat again, and every year I wake up the next day feeling SO ready for leftovers!
I generally love leftovers, but nothing beats Thanksgiving leftovers! Leftover apple pie for breakfast. Hot turkey sandwiches for lunch. But my new favorite way to enjoy Thanksgiving leftovers is to make Thanksgiving stuffing waffles!
You’re gonna want to make plenty of extra stuffing this Thanksgiving so that you can make a ton of these Thanksgiving stuffing waffles! They’re so simple to make. Just mix an egg and some broth with your leftover stuffing, cook the “batter” in a waffle iron, and voilà. The waffles are delicious on their own or with some gravy, but they’re also a deliciously savory base for the rest of your leftovers. I love them topped with turkey, gravy, and cranberry sauce!
