Cranberry Walnut Bread is a holiday staple! The loaf is packed with tart fresh cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a hint of bright, citrusy flavor thanks to fresh orange juice and zest.

Add flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt to a medium bowl and whisk to combine.

Step 1

n a large bowl, beat the egg until well blended.

Step 2

To egg add the water, orange juice, melted butter, vinegar, and orange rind and whisk to combine.

Step 3

Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir just until blended.

Step 4

Add the cranberries and walnuts and stir just until mixed.

Step 5

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F 1 hour and 10 minutes
