Small Batch Blueberry Muffins
Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Mix dry ingredients
Combine melted butter, vegetable oil and sugar. Add egg, sour cream, milk, and vanilla and whisk until the mixture is well blended.
Mix wet ingredients
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until blended.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Fold in blueberries
Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt and whisk to combine. Add melted butter and whisk until a crumbly mixture forms.
Scoop muffin batter into a pan lined with paper liners. Top with streusel and bake.
