Peanut Butter Cups

Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and heated cream. Whisk until smooth. Chill for 2 to 4 hours.

Step 1

Make the whipped cream by whipping heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks.

Step 2

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap so that all sides are covered and the wrap hangs over the edges.

Step 3

Spread the whipped cream into an even layer in the bottom of the pan. Cover with a layer of Oreos. Chill.

Step 4

Finish making the chocolate peanut butter whipped cream. Add confectioners' sugar and whip until fluffy.

Step 5

Spread a layer of chocolate peanut butter whipped cream into pan and top with cookies. Repeat twice then chill.

Step 6

Remove cake from pan and sprinkle bits of cookies and peanut butter cups for garnish. Slice into 10 slices and serve immediately.
