For buttery, flaky, tender pie crust, this homemade pie crust recipe is foolproof! This all butter crust is easy to make in the food processor.

Butter
Flour
Orange Juice
Vodka or Water
Add flour, sugar, and salt to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to blend.
Step 1

Add butter and pulse until no dry flour remains and the dough begins to clump.

Add remaining flour and pulse until dough is crumbly with lots of pea-sized chunks.

Transfer dough to a large bowl. Add orange juice and vodka (or water) and gently toss and fold the dough until it comes together.

Divide the dough in half and flatten each portion into a disk. Wrap each disk of dough tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
